1. Venue & Amenities Only
Price: $6,000 (Plus refundable deposit) Perfect for the DIY couple who wants full creative control.
• Includes: Exclusive access to the venue & amenities only.
• Requirements: Must hire an external Event Planner.
• Cleaning & Deposits:
◦ $1,000 Refundable Deposit: Fully refunded if the venue is left in its original condition.
◦ Cleaning Option: If you prefer our team to handle the cleanup, $500 of the deposit is retained, and $500 is returned to you.
2. Full-Service Package
Price: $8,500 (Bring Your Own Planner) | $10,000 (In-House Planner) A comprehensive solution for a stress-free experience.
• Includes: Venue access, all rentals, full décor, and professional setup.
• Full Service Cleanup: Our team handles all cleaning tasks during and after the event.
3. Premium Package
Price: $10,500 (Bring Your Own Planner) | $12,000 (In-House Planner) The ultimate experience, including your rehearsal dinner.
• Includes: All "Full-Service" features plus a scheduled date for your Rehearsal Dinner the day before.
• Setup & Cleanup: Full professional setup and comprehensive cleanup (during and after).
• Inventory: Complete access to the entire venue rental inventory.
Required Staffing & Add-Ons
Required for all events where alcohol is served.
• Professional Bartender | $350

• Security Detail | $250
